Users

Users in CargoPilot are members assigned to a Company. These users have full access to CargoPilot and operate under the registered Company's details. Any actions they perform, such as quote and booking requests, are stored under the Company they belong to.

User Invitation and Domain Restriction​

Users can only be invited to a Company via the Companies module. To prevent misuse, user invitations are restricted to email addresses that match the Company's domain.

For example:

  • If the Company's domain is @cargopilot.com, only users with an @cargopilot.com email address can be invited.
  • This ensures that only authorized personnel from the registered Company can gain access.

Managing Users​

Once invited, users gain full access to CargoPilot under their Company's profile.
Admins can manage users via the Admin Panel, where they can:

  • Invite new users (restricted to the Company’s domain).
  • Remove users from the platform when access is no longer needed.

By enforcing domain-based restrictions and admin-controlled access, CargoPilot ensures a secure and controlled environment for Company operations.
