📄️ Consolidations
CargoPilot enables administrators to configure consolidation routes that can be displayed to customers during the quoting and booking process. These consolidations are managed through CargoPilot’s internal API rather than being directly linked to airline APIs. Customers can book these consolidations as if they were standard airline routes.
📄️ DAP Charges
CargoPilot offers an advanced door-to-door functionality, ensuring seamless last-mile deliveries. A DAP charge is required for this final stage, commonly referred to as "to door." While CargoPilot integrates with direct door-to-door API connections, administrators can also manually configure DAP charges within the system, making them available during the quote and booking process.
📄️ Rates
In CargoPilot, rates are fully customizable and designed to support a wide range of logistics operations. Multiple rate sheets can be created and assigned to specific companies, providing maximum flexibility and control over pricing strategies.
📄️ Services
In CargoPilot, services allow administrators to configure additional options that can be offered to customers during the quote and booking process. These services help customize shipments by adding extra logistics features, such as customs documents, EUR1 documents, tailgate services, and other custom surcharges.
📄️ Shipment Rates
In CargoPilot, administrators can define their own pre-carriage fees. Just like consolidation options, shipment rates appear as selectable pre-carriage choices that customers can choose from and eventually book.
