Limits
Limits in CargoPilot allow administrators to set restrictions on certain shipment thresholds to prevent customers from requesting quotes exceeding predefined values. These limits ensure controlled quoting and booking while providing flexibility for handling larger shipments through custom requests.
To ensure that every company has a limit assigned upon registration, at least one default limit must be set. This default limit is automatically applied to newly registered companies, eliminating the need for manual assignment.

Customers who reach their limit cannot proceed with a standard quote but have the option to submit a custom quote request.
Default Limit and Assigning Limits to Companies
To ensure that every company has a limit assigned upon registration, at least one default limit must be set. This default limit is automatically applied to newly registered companies, eliminating the need for manual assignment.
Additionally, administrators can create multiple limit configurations and assign them to specific companies as needed. This allows for flexibility in managing different customers with varying shipment capacities.
