Agents
In CargoPilot, defining agents can help the customer understand which party is involved with the shipment order from port to door (DAP). This creates full transparency for both parties. The agent will be displayed in the order overview and the order confirmation when booking a new quote.

In the airport selection list, only DAP airports (defined in the Airports section of the admin panel) are displayed.
Creating an agent
- Navigate to the admin panel
- Navigate to
Application management > Agents - Click
Create Agentlocated top-right of the table - Fill in all required fields
